Our loving and caring life management teacher Mrs. Reed returned to the classroom February 1 from her maternity leave.

Mrs. Reed and her husband, Dave, welcomed their daughter Lyla Reed on November 19, 2022. The Reeds also have a son, Ryder Reed, who was born June 12, 2020. He is now 2 ½ years old.

“I do really miss school, my coworkers, and all the kids,” Reed said. “ I never thought I’d say it, but I miss all the hustle and bustle. I miss being with Mrs. M every day, and I miss talking to all the students and hearing about their days.”

Although Reed was still thrilled to have the break. “It’s been so nice to just focus on my daughter and family,” she added.

With Mrs. Reed back into the classroom and teaching, students are thrilled to have her back and at Mrs. Makowski’s side. These two are a dynamic duo!
